Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Head of School Effectiveness and lead the service delivery support for the Learning Partnership programme.


Key Responsibilities:

Programme Coordination and Marketing:

  • Coordinate and market the inborough planned professional development programme.
  • Maximise engagement and ensure smooth delivery for schools and governors.

Digital Content Management:

  • Manage and update digital content for the Learning Partnership's engagement channels.
  • List courses, update the website, contribute to newsletters, and handle ecommunications.

Schools Traded Offer:

  • Contribute to the growth of the Schools Traded Offer.
  • Manage the invoicing process, negotiate contracts, and provide financial support.

SACRE Meetings Coordination:

  • Organise SACRE meetings, support members, maintain records, and manage digital content.

Project Management:

  • Lead additional projects in line with School Effectiveness priorities and council commitments.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings, training, and CPD opportunities.
  • Support the delivery of annual operational plans.
  • Lead on teaching commission recommendations.
  • Analyse and interpret data and feedback on courses.
  • Maintain accurate lists of school contacts.
  • Support the delivery of special events and cultural festivals.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Develop business relationships with key partners and external bodies.
  • Produce reports and manage financial records.
  • Coordinate booking of venues and logistics for events.
  • Ensure ICT equipment functions correctly for training and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for governance courses.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with headteachers and governance committees.
  • Strategically plan support for improvement and learning.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and explore opportunities for savings.
  • Lead on bid writing and sponsorship opportunities.

Working Hours:
The role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work. Travel between venues within the borough is also required.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSEs at level 4 and above.
  • Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, higher degree, and specialist/advanced level professional qualifications (desirable).

  • Significant experience in business support and administration.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment.
