The Procurement team spans Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky, proactively managing a trusted supplier network across the globe to protect our business and drive long-term value. We utilize expertise, scale, and a deep-rooted understanding of our business to navigate the global marketplace - balancing value, risk, and social responsibility to deliver for our clients, our suppliers, and the communities we serve. Our team accelerates transformation and innovation by bringing together the right people, products and services and create the technologies and experiences that our brands are known for. We create connections across Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky to generate greater value for our business and opportunities for our teammates - today, and in the future.

  • Engage with Sky Group wider team to deliver the wider Sky Group/Comcast Group Carbon reduction targets/goals.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders providing advice and engagement.
  • Come up with your own ideas on how Sky can best become efficient and use new technologies that could transform the operation of Sky/Comcast.
  • Represent Sky externally to the market on Energy, share your expertise and knowledge inside and outside Sky.

  • Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (e.g., balanced scorecards, review mechanism)
  • work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the factors, dynamics, and challenges across the category to structure, establish, and drive category strategies that leverage our global scale and skills across Sky. This experience will enable you to lead associated category initiatives (such as RFx), including understanding and communicating industry trends, selecting vendors and driving associated negotiations at the most senior level both internally and externally, and executing optimal contracts.
  • Develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic suppliers to achieve optimal partnerships to drive and deliver tangible results.
  • Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.
  • Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management, leveraging synergy opportunities across the wider organization with a vigorous approach towards TCO. Work closely and proactively with the business to identify new savings opportunities and efficiencies across managed spend. Drive standardized and centralized reporting (e.g. pricing, volumes, spend, savings, contracts, quarterly business reviews, etc.), support relevant category initiatives and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive global contracting across Sky.
  • Have the ability to interface and influence across categories and companies. Build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships across Sky & Comcast to ensure clear alignment between procurement and wider business planning.

  • Matrix Environment : The experience of building and leading a team in a matrix environment and developing and driving a team to success.

  • Relationship Management Skills: The ability to collaborate with others and build relationships across multiple business units across international geographies.
