Position Overview:

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a dedicated team, promoting professional growth through coaching and training initiatives.
Oversee performance management and engage in talent development activities to strengthen team capabilities.

Strategic Development:
Take charge of multidisciplinary teams to formulate and execute long-term operational and commercial strategies.
Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements, addressing challenges that may arise during project execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compile market data, conduct spend analysis, and prepare procurement reports for senior management.
Present findings in a clear manner to align with both operational and strategic goals.
Represent the institution in significant professional forums, utilizing insights to shape procurement policies and strategies.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in high-value procurement across categories such as IT Consultancy, IT Services, IT Hardware, and IT Software.
Strong expertise in contract negotiation and award processes, particularly in an international context.
Proficient in managing complex procurement initiatives and developing effective procurement strategies.
Solid understanding of contract law, market analysis, and expenditure assessments.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination skills, coupled with a high degree of initiative and judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven abilities in report writing and documentation.
