About the role
Join our Desktop Services Team within the Customer Services Group in IT Services, located at our Banbury Road office
Responsibilities will include
- Providing 2nd level technical support to users of the Managed Desktop Service.
- Responding to IT incidents and service requests according to agreed service standards.
- Developing and writing technical documentation.
- Explaining provided services and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Delivering support via phone and remote support tools.
- Collaborating closely with team members and Service Desk staff who provide 1st line support.
- Working across all supported departments and interacting with University staff at all levels.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for customer service.
