KPI Recruiting are currently supporting with the recruitment of an experienced customer service candidate to join a well established organisation based in Crewe. My client are one of the UKs leading providers in their field and work in close partnership with several automotive manufacturers and dealerships across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fresh thinking, innovative company with a great team and family fun environment.

Within this role you will manage incoming calls from both clients and end consumers, providing and excellent service via phone. You will also investigate and respond to email inquiries and work closely with Assessors. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, high-quality administration and quality checking experience.

Key Duties:

  • Provide exceptional service to the authorised repair network in relation to the clients maintenance and service plan products via telephone and email
  • Support consumers with repair requests, updates and changes to their policies
  • Support the assessment of repairs and manage responses via internal systems
  • Ensure all repair requests are completed in line with the guidelines of the policy
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Assessors and the Maintenance Supervisor to continuously enhance the maintenance services
  • Manage the complete resolution of repair requests after assessment, including handling consumer or client complaints
  • Perform high-quality data entry to support the administration of our maintenance products
  • Assist the department with the administration and correction of policy details

Key Skills Required:

  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Warranty/automotive experience desirable
  • Dispute resolution or complaint handling experience.
  • Experience with data entry and administration
  • Self-motivated approach
  • Confident communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday working either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm paid at additional rate
