Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain organised office systems and procedures.
- Computerise information for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Experience:
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
