We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Box Office & Membership team on a permanent contract.


Reporting to our Ticketing & Membership Systems Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to increase ticket sales to groups and develop the sales of hospitality packages, ensuring an exceptional end to end customer experience.

The contractual hours of work will be 35 per week with an hour for lunch. Your days of work will vary as per the rota between Monday – Sunday, 09:00 – 23:00.


You will need previous experience of working in a fast paced sales and customer service environment; the ability to work at speed with a high level of accuracy; experience of database systems and their potential and awareness of technological developments (databases/web); the ability to work well as part of a team, under pressure across multi-projects.
