What will I be doing?

This position provides day to day specialist partnership support for SLH properties participating in the SLH and Hilton's strategic partnership.

Day-to-day execution of prioritized initiatives to support onboarding of new hotels.
Complete internal onboarding and transition tasks & milestones.
Facilitate hotels exit and seasonal closure procedures.
Regularly update and refresh SLH support materials, tools & resources.
Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate Hilton's internal support activities and providing 'end-to-end' management of all support cases submitted by SLH Corporate on behalf of hotels.
Manage SLH specific data in all Hilton's internal systems by accurately inputting, updating, and monitoring data integrity.
Strong focus on system administration, documentation, and control to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of robust processes.
As required by the business, prepare regular reports and updates on SLH performance and support activities.
Support Director SLH Support with any administrative tasks related to the partnership.
In order to ensure alignment and consistency, and leverage on our resources, this position, must be based in the UK and co-located with the wider Brands & Central Operations team.
Requirements
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job:
Strong commend of English both written and verbally Additional language skills are preferred Associate degree/College Diploma or experience in lieu of Qualification specializing in hotel administration and/or business management Experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) with strong Excel modelling skills and PowerPoint/visual skills Salesforce professional preferred
