Position Overview
We are looking an experienced SEO Associate to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior SEO Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and will be responsible for supporting various aspects of SEO strategy, day-to-day optimization, and collaborating closely with internal and external teams to achieve our SEO objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creative thinking to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support SEO Strategy: Assist the Senior SEO Manager in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance online visibility.
  • Collaboration with SEO Agency: Work closely with our SEO agency to implement strategies, brief new content optimisation, review performance metrics, and ensure alignment with our SEO objectives. Communicate all business priorities and ensure all deliverables align to the brand objectives.
  • Optimization: Help with day-to-day SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, meta data creation, and internal linking to ensure ongoing website optimization and performance improvements.

Collaborate with the internal visual merchandising and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design, content creation, and marketing initiatives.


  • Competitor Analysis: Support with competitor analysis to identify SEO trends and opportunities. Utilize insights to refine our SEO strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and opportunities for content optimization. Utilize keyword insights to drive content creation and inform SEO strategies.

Assist in the development of long-term SEO strategies and forecasts based on industry trends, algorithm updates, and business goals.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
