Strategic Planning:- Collaborating closely with the Lead Commercial Marketing Manager and the Head of Brand and Communications, this role significantly contributes to the marketing strategy that aligns with broader business objectives.
- Responsible for managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
- Develop and synchronize quarterly marketing plans with key strategic partners.
- Support quarterly business reviews by asking pertinent questions, implementing feedback, and building aligned strategies.
- Manage marketing finances, ensuring optimal value and ROI from activities and events.
- Drive customer segmentation initiatives.
- This role reports to the Head of Brand & Communications, with a dotted line to the Business Unit Director. Effective collaboration and open communication with these roles are crucial for alignment and success.
- Build strong relationships with sales and technical teams, as well as corporate stakeholders.
- Understand vendor and customer needs to develop and propose creative campaigns and activities that support their objectives.
- Work with creative team members to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, with potential for future leadership responsibilities.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, promoting open communication channels.
- Utilize extensive digital marketing experience to design and implement innovative campaigns.
- Plan and execute campaigns that align with vendor objectives.
- Create relevant collateral and content for both internal and external use, such as case studies and data sheets.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage and enhance ROI on lead generation campaigns.
- Establish key metrics for all proposed marketing campaigns that align with customer, vendor, and business objectives.
- Employ a data-driven approach, implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in vendor/distributor/reseller marketing.
- Background in networking or the IT industry.
- Experience in account-based marketing and customer profiling.
- Some coaching or mentoring experience to support team members.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in launching vendors/brands/products into new markets.
- Event management experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
Desirable:
- Experience in web optimization (PPC/SEO).
- Additional language skills are not required but are highly desirable (French, German, Swedish).
