Job Summary

The Marketing Associate role at Relm Insurance supports the growth of our marketing function and assists the Director of Marketing in executing various tasks within the marketing team, including digital marketing, brand development, and business growth initiatives. The successful applicant will be instrumental in helping build the foundations of our marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and marketing platforms.
  • Manage and Optimize the Company Website
    • Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Support Brand Development
    • Support the marketing team in creating compelling content for blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
    • Conduct or support market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate Marketing Initiatives
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate Campaign Performance
    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
    • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and online analytics tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
  • Digital marketing agency experience.
