We're looking for an Agent to join our Ancillary Buildings Phase 2 team at Hinkley Point C based in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Contract: Permanent, Full time
What are the responsibilities of this role?
As an Agent, you'll be working within the major projects Hinkley Point C, working on the Ancillary Buildings. You will be managing the resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality. While delivering this, you will also be maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit.
Your day to day will include:
Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier other H&S related policies and procedures
Take full ownership and accountability for the profit and loss in the project, ensuring robust protocols to track target costs and actual costs incurred. This includes forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value review with Commercial Team.
Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
What are we looking for?
This role of Agent is great for you if:
You have a Chartership with ICE or you are working towards this
Prior experience as an Agent is essential
You will need to take the lead with client interfaces and manage project delivery on technical and business aspects of the team outputs. You'll have excellent communication and project management skills including directing and managing technical teams within a competitive business environment.
You can establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the required outputs in terms of quality, cost and programme.
