Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sub-Agent to enhance our Regional Civils team.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Sub-Agent, you will play a vital part in our collaborative framework, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver essential projects.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting the development of construction strategies, including organizing initial meetings and preparing necessary documentation such as method statements and quality plans.
  • Coordinating with the Agent and Section Foreman to ensure efficient allocation of resources, including labor and materials.
  • Overseeing the site engineering team, focusing on the performance and growth of Site and Section Engineers.
  • Identifying and addressing technical challenges that arise on-site in collaboration with the Agent.
  • Ensuring that site teams have access to all required documentation and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Candidate Profile

This Sub-Agent position is ideal for individuals who:

  • Possess a relevant HNC or degree.
  • Have practical experience in site engineering and supervisory roles.
  • Hold a CSCS card - Supervisor Gold, or have equivalent supervisory or managerial experience.
