Key Responsibilities

As an Agent, you will play a crucial role within the major projects HPC team, taking charge of a project by effectively managing resources, including personnel, finances, and physical assets, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a significant portion of the project, ensuring accurate documentation of all labor, equipment, materials, and supply chain resources.
  • Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies in line with company standards, utilizing the client's reporting systems.
  • Fostering collaborative efforts among project team members to promote a unified approach, including the development of team skills.
  • Assuming full responsibility for the financial management of your project, ensuring effective control of Target Cost, actual expenditures, and forecasts through commercial insight and site-based systems.

Candidate Profile

This Agent role is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
  • Capability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to identify project requirements and drive the team towards achieving quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
