Job Title: Site Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our Major Projects Nuclear department at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources (people, finance, and physical assets) in a safe and timely manner to ensure project quality.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kierbam standards.
  • Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness and using site-based systems such as CEMAR.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, including leading and managing technical teams.
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
  • Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and programme.
