Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Sphere Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our construction recruitment agency, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering, power, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a significant section of the project, managing all labour, plant, material, and supply chain.
- Support and implement performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for cost management of your section of works.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in engineering or construction.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:
- Salary ranging from £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Travel allowance if you live over 50 miles away from the site.
