he Role and Department


Our Reception Helpdesk Assistant acts as the first point of contact for students, their supporters, University staff, and visitors in the Counselling & Mental Health Service.

They provide a warm and professional service to customers as well as a professional and friendly welcome service.

Reception is at the heart of the Service's day to day activities and the Reception Helpdesk Assistant answers telephone, email and in-person queries, as well as undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support Service practitioners.
