As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge energy management systems.
Responsibilities
Diving into complex datasets related to energy consumption, grid performance and customer behavior, you will be required to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and sustainability.
Working closely with cross-functional teams which will including Digital, SMART Solutions and Customer Services, you will identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence across the end-to-end process.
Utilising statistical and descriptive analytics to track and monitor key performance indicators, you will extract meaningful trends and patterns from internal and industry data to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our SMART solutions.
Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance, you will keep the customer experience at the heart of every decision, understanding the impact of system changes on end-users and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
With a background in Data Science, Engineering or a related field, you will be able to analyse and interpret complex data sets. Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will possess the ability to communicate insights effectively, bridge gaps and drive alignment.
Proficient in Python, SQL and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, you will be able to use your skills to create reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations.
Understanding the end-to-end process of SMART solutions, you will be able to collaborate across additional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
