The position is within the Customer Business Complaints Team. bringing together all the people involved in improvement projects and drive them through to successful implementation, leading the way, motivating your colleagues, and helping to remove blockers in the journey.

What you'll be doing

Ownership of the overall scope of the projects and ensuring gaps are identified and addressed as soon as possible.

Provide leadership to projects, communicating effectively as well as motivating and influencing project teams and business stakeholders to work towards common goals.

Ability to articulate ideas effectively and work on complex problems with a solution-focused approach.

Provide overall governance around the projects, enabling effective planning for tasks and deliveries and provide benefit tracking and monitoring.

Manage the risks and budgets, including the development of contingency plans.

What you'll bring

A degree in a relevant technical field or relevant business expertise.

Be passionate about technology, think analytically about problems and help drive innovative solutions.

Previous project management experience of leading the delivery of software solutions to meet business needs and expected benefits.

Ability to manage business stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive forward system and process improvements.

Proven record of building excellent working relationships with people based in different locations and geographies.

Strong business case, financial and cost control experience.
