The Purchase Ledger role is supported by the Finance Manager and is responsible for the following:
  • Match and post supplier invoices onto IFS ERP system - electronically invoice match to appropriate purchase orders and stock receipts (GRNS)
  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payment Runs: Assist in preparing and executing payment runs, reconciling supplier statements.
  • Query Resolution: Address and resolve any supplier queries promptly.
  • Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update financial records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
