About this opportunity

Citra Living Limited is the Group's Private Rental Subsidiary. Its purpose is to Help Britain Prosper through improving access to good quality, affordable rental homes across the UK whilst delivering diverse and sustainable financial return to Group.

The intention is to work with leading house builders, and other participants, through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Citra Living buying the rental element of these new developments and then letting the properties to customers.

As well as ensuring continued support for the house building sector this will also help to address the continued increase in demand for rental properties. The properties, which will be incremental stock to the UK, will provide modern, good quality homes to meet the demands of a growing rental market, and they will be within easy reach of local transport, amenities and leisure facilities.

As Business Analyst, you'll be working closely with the Citra business areas and the Citra Change team, to help build an effective operating model to enable Citra to grow and scale at the pace it requires.

Key responsibilities include:

"As is" Process Analysis: Lead the documentation of current processes, using Microsoft Visio, and development of process documentation. Maintain the operating model to integrate changes to the customer journey and colleague processes."To be" Process Analysis: Facilitate the analysis of end-to-end processes to identify where optimisation/efficiency can be improved and support the development of a target operating model in which in house management and multiple managing agent partners can operate consistently.Requirements Elicitation and Management: Work closely with the Citra Change Team to support Process Owners and SMEs to understand business problems, identify underlying business needs to be addressed, challenge existing practices and ensure requirements will address the defined business problem.Consultancy Advice & Knowledge: Developing good knowledge across Citra Living functions, understanding interdependency and the impact of change to provide informed consultancy advice, independent review and quality assurance. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain networks with a diverse group of business stakeholders to promote consensus and improve the delivery of change outcomes.Risk: Continuously monitor projects for business analysis risk issues and regulatory compliance and take appropriate steps to mitigate. Consultant oversight: Depending on need, coordinate and oversee additional resource to maintain consistent ways of working in process analysis and documentation.

What You'll Need:

Solid understanding of business analysis and business architecture methodologies and their practical application, particularly analytical thinking and problem solving.Exposure to systems thinking, business architecture and agile change delivery which can be used to influence and drive consistent ways of working.Extensive experience of Modelling – developing, defining & documenting "As Is" & "To Be" process models.Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Visio.Customer focused approach: Put customers first and ensure that Citra's structures, processes and policies are simplified to drive positive customer experience and satisfaction.Proven ability to investigate business requirements, problems and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse group of stakeholders through open communication, partnership and consistent delivery as well as assertiveness and the confidence to challenge Process Owners and SMEs.Flexibility and ability to work on numerous varied tasks with competing priorities and organise delivery accordingly with effective decision making.
