**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at HealthSource Chiropractic. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Monitor and report on process metrics and key performance indicators.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and process mapping.
- Experience with robotics process automation (RPA) concepts and possibilities.
- Black belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Project management experience.
- Business intelligence and competitive environment knowledge.
- Experience in one or more of the following environments: F&A process, supply chain, HR, procurement, risk, assurance, etc.
