The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in either our Bristol or Edinburgh office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation by working closely with our business, IT, and strategic partners to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement business solutions using a range of analytical tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the testing team to ensure business acceptance testing plans are suitable and effective.
- Provide clear and concise documentation to explain requirements, possible solutions, and feasibility to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering business solutions and process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
