The Analyst will play a key role in the delivery of LS Retail POS system across the business estate, and will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and technical constraints related to POS systems.
- Analysing and documenting detailed technical requirements for POS system implementations and enhancements.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions specific to POS systems.
- Configuring and customising POS modules to meet client needs, including system configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
- Conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure POS solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after POS system implementations.
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- A background working with Point of Sale systems, ERP or CRM systems.
- Any Relevant Dynamics 365 Business Central experience would be helpful
