Key Responsibilities

In your new position, you will assist in analyzing intricate cross-franchise and group requirements, ensuring that business and system requirements are captured, validated, and documented in alignment with our strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across various franchises and functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a small team of Journey Developers to facilitate business change, with an initial focus on Commercial Cards.
  • Conducting analysis of business processes to identify requirements.
  • Executing business readiness activities to support implementations, including communications and governance activities.
  • Creating and maintaining essential documentation, as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Identifying and assisting with cut-over and implementation tasks.
  • Linking business requirements to future state design.
Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess a relevant business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP. A strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • A background in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT environment.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management.
