We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our Strategic Planning team, you will play a critical role in providing forecasts, resource requirements, staffing levels, and operating costs in line with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and timely resource plans and activities to support the management of overall planning delivery against budget.
- Interpret and deliver reporting from a suite of data in a user-friendly manner to support and influence business decisions across projects or business improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in forecasting, resourcing, and planning in front and back office environments is essential.
- A competitive salary range of £32,400 to £48,600, depending on skills and experience.
- A non-contributory pension between 8% and 12%.
- A discretionary annual bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
- 34 days leave per year, including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time.
- A hybrid approach to office working, with typically 2 days in the office per week and 3 days from home.
