About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Business Analyst to join our team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our Strategic Planning team, you will play a critical role in providing forecasts, resource requirements, and operating costs in line with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely resource plans and activities to support the management of overall planning delivery against budget.
  • Interpret and deliver reporting from a suite of data in a user-friendly manner to support and influence business decisions across projects or business improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, resourcing, and planning in front and back office environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in building forecasting models.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range between £32,400 and £48,600, depending on skills and experience.
  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
  • A discretionary annual bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
  • 34 days leave per year, including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time.
  • A hybrid approach to office working, typically 2 days in the office per week, three from home.
