About the Role

This Senior Planning Analyst position will be part of our Adviser Vector team, focusing on resource planning for operational and customer-facing teams.

You will analyze data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and implement strategies to positively impact our deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze historical data to proactively plan resources strategically
  • Ensure sufficient resources in each area based on historical data
  • Complete 'what if' assessments to understand the impact of changing requirements on customer-facing teams
  • Understand movements in operational FTE, joiner/movers/leavers, and the impact on service
  • Showcase simplified plans to engage a senior audience through written and verbal presentations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of key Resource Planning fundamentals
  • Knowledge of statistics & analytics and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of WFM systems and Telephony products (AWS Connect, Verint) desired
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
