About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of strategic and journey NPS monthly reporting, providing contextual analysis of third-party supplied data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Communicating complex statistical results in simple, easy-to-understand terms that convey meaning and action to research outcomes.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in stakeholder management and ability to adapt to different company and regional cultures.
  • A strong background in market research, preferably in corporates or institutes, with knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodology and the ability to transform results into actionable insights.
  • Experience manipulating and testing data in software such as Q Research, DisplayR, Tableau, R, Python, Excel, or SQL.
