The Role:

As part of the Deckers Enterprise Technology team in EMEA, this new role will drive IT change through project or continuous improvement activities. From a stakeholder perspective, particular focus will be on delivering IT initiatives and improvements across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance & Tax functions within the region. This will typically involve working with not only local but global teams, encompassing our North America and APAC regions, with a mix of Agile & Waterfall methodologies and tools, however an increasing shift towards Agile approaches.

The role will report into our EMEA Program Manager and take ownership for the IT workstream delivery on large scale projects managed by the PM or driving our Oracle enhancements within region using initially a KANBAN approach, whilst helping to develop other delivery methods through our Agile transformation roadmap.

Your Impact:
Lead IT solution delivery, defining scope, goals, and expectation setting. Ensure technical readiness before deployment whilst highlighting and managing assumptions and dependencies on delivery through the process.Work closely with the IT release teams to ensure delivery is aligned with various environment refreshes and release cycles.Plan and manage the delivery of system deployments/cutover, including creating rollback plans and contingency options as required. Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution.Ensure resource availability and manage IT staff and contractors.Measure delivery performance and analyse success.Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.Conduct post-delivery evaluations for continuous improvement.Manage the successful handover to the relevant support team.Stay updated on IT delivery trends and technologies.Facilitate change management for smooth technology adoption.Monitor success of delivery and continuous improvement through tools such as JIRA.

We would Love to Hear from People with:
Experience working in Agile teams, in a Delivery or Agile Lead / PM type roleExperience developing IT plans and coordinating IT resources to ensure successful delivery of multiple initiativesExperience working in traditional project environments as well as emerging agile EnvironmentsTechnical expertise including architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and other modern engineering practices.Knowledge of Agile project management tool JIRA is required.
