Sales Negotiator

We are thrilled to be offering a rare chance to work for one of the most prestigious and well-regarded Sales and Lettings businesses in the area. Our client has a rare opportunity to join its successful Kendal office in their sales department.
Although experience would be an advantage but this isn't essential.
What is more important is that you are:
- A confident and friendly people person
- Organized and able to manage your time well
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
- To be knowledgeable on the local area
Some of your daily duties will be:
- Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
- Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
- Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
- Arrange valuations
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
- Manage the progression of the sales
- Adhoc support to the lettings team
