Senior Digital Content Manager (eCommerce) - London (12 Month Maternity Cover)

The Role:

In this role, you'll own the creation and implementation of EMEA eCommerce content strategy across our brands; HOKA, UGG & Teva.

Day to day, you will manage the content planning, development, and production of content, ensuring that brand and product storytelling is culturally relevant across our markets whilst delivering a pinnacle online experience for our consumers.

Your Impact:

Collaborate with Trade, Brand and Design to drive pinnacle customer experiences

Create and deliver on a content strategy that reflects the global business plans whilst localizing content for our markets

Translate global and broader regional strategies into an actionable content roadmap

Seek opportunities to build deeper connections with our customers and leading the rollout of new ideas and initiatives for content

Identify learnings from data analysis and share learnings across your team

Uphold brand guidelines across all initiatives

Work with UX, content production and design teams to improve content engagement on the site and produce relevant reports as needed

Accountable for the build of all onsite content

Lead the EMEA template request and creation process, partnering closely with global teams, front-end developers and design teams

Collaborate with the content development and Tech teams to improve the CMS platform

Support content development, design and content production teams to ensure that content design, build and QA processes are continually optimized

Maintain great relationships with CRM team to ensure the content alignment for campaign launches are consistent and appropriate for the direction of the brand.

Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing and PR team to integrate brand and social activity on the website.

Who You Are:

A great communicator and collaborator across an EMEA and Global organisation

An experience project manager, who remains organised throughout a project

An experienced people leader, able to engage, motivate and develop a team throughout a project

We would Love to Hear from People with:

Experience in digital content and project manager in an eCommerce environment

An understanding of what drives online conversions

Confident with web principles and practices and new technologies

A good understanding of online marketing, specifically SEO optimization and best web practices

Experience of working with a CMS system, ideally Salesforce/Demandware and CoreMedia

HTML skills and agile, scrum methodology are essential for this role
