About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Copy Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Blu Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging, guest-centric content for various platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's tone of voice and messaging.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing content and marketing materials.
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective content that drives results.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
