The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the agency's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our clients' brands.
  • Create high-quality content, including written and visual materials, to support our marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Collaborate with our content and creative teams to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our marketing strategies and optimize our content.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain our website and other digital assets to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with our marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools and software, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
