Pre-offer Case Manager

Location: Kings Hill, Kent

Salary: 24k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

As a Pre-offer Case Manager in their proactive team, you will be the engine driving mortgage applications from submission by intermediaries to the formal offer stage. This role is tailor-made for those eager to dip their toes into the mortgage sector and grow their skills within a dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal communication. You'll be working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency to deliver outstanding results.

The Role

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact for all mortgage application queries.
  • Communicating effectively with mortgage brokers, providing updates and resolving queries to smooth the path from application to offer.
  • Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure application requirements are met and updated accurately.
  • Maintaining and updating case data diligently, managing processing queries, and overseeing the diary system to monitor applications meticulously.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, actioning emails promptly to ensure every case progresses seamlessly.
