What does success look like in this role?

(Technical Expertise)

Proficient in Microsoft Intune, including configuration and compliance policies, as well as MDM and MAM policies. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra. Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender. Familiarity with Cisco Meraki. Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and VLANs. Solid experience with cloud-based services including Autopilot, M, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Understanding of VOIP technologies. Experience in Project Management.
