It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we're on the hunt for a Buyers Admin Assistant to join our growing Buying team.

Buying is the department that brings together creative inspiration & commercial planning to deliver the best ranges for our customer.

Product is at the heart of everything we do, from developing the best prints for dresses, the must have coat of the season or the 'It' bag.

The Role:
\r

\r

Planning\r

\r

Strategy awareness at Group and Department Level

\r

Awareness of Brand Vision

\r

Managing daily \/weekly tasks in line with Ways Of Working (WOW)

\r

Preparation for Departmental Meetings

\r

Supporting the Buying team with data entry into the planning tool\r

\r

Buying\r

\r

Raising purchase orders

\r

Working to the Critical Path to meet all deadlines

\r

Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally

\r

Taking ownership of finding solutions

\r

Coordinating barcode process

\r

Maintaining purchase orders in the Critical Path in the relevant system

\r

Assisting the team with supplier slippage management

\r

Actioning any order amendments under direction from the B&M team

\r

Supporting commitment through the weekly team updates\r

\r

Sample Management\r

\r

Processing samples received

\r

Labeling, logging, organising and filing samples

\r

Preparing samples for meetings

\r

Maintaining the departments range and samples

\r

Driving the press sample process to ensure that the department offer is fully potentialised

\r

Ensuring production samples are received in time to pre shoot for online sales

\r

Maintaining the latest imagery of samples

\r

Preparing samples in readiness for3PE partner meetings\r

\r

Trading\r

\r

Basic understanding of trade reports

\r

Basic understanding of trade decisions

\r

Attending Group Trade meetings\r

\r

Product Awareness\r

\r

An understanding of the New Look Customer

\r

Basic understanding of our Customer Insight and Market Share

\r

Actively contributing in trend and competitor analysis, making recommendations for changes or developments

\r

Ongoing familiarity of the competition's product range

\r

Completing and reporting back on NL store visits and competitor shops\r

\r

About You:

An understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street

\r

Accuracy

\r

Confident communicator

\r

Demonstrates passion for Product

\r

Previous experience working in Fashion \/ Retail and \/ or as a Buying Admin Assistant

\r

Fashion Qualification \/ Other degree desirable\r
