Our client is a prominent name in the powder coating industry, committed to providing top-quality powder coatings, color matching, and technical coating solutions. They are looking for a proactive Field Sales Manager to drive business growth across key territories.

Roles/Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and prospects in the retail, leisure, architectural, agricultural, and construction sectors.
- Promote and sell powder coatings, color matching, and technical coating solutions.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of 50 active accounts, aiming to increase monthly turnover from 65k to 80k+.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through existing leads and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and exploit sales opportunities.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to boost business growth.
- Provide regular performance updates, sales pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Track customer performance against targets and adjust strategies to ensure growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing sales, preferably in coatings or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong business development skills with a history of converting leads into sales.
- Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on sales performance.
