Internal Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Midas Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by fostering close relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, building trust and generating new business opportunities through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell existing products and services to customers.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and convert sales leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, handle sales administration, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
