Salary: Starting at £26,000 OTE: £36,000

Core Responsibilities:

  • Set a positive example for others
  • Engage and establish rapport with prospective homebuyers.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, providing constructive feedback to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between sellers and buyers.
  • Coordinate appointments for mortgage advisors and refer clients to legal representatives.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other estate agencies.
  • Generate and schedule property valuations for the valuation team.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local property market is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
