About the Role:

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for leading by example, registering and building rapport with potential homebuyers, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong client relationships.
  • Register and Build Rapport: Register and build rapport with potential homebuyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate Offers: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Arrange Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor.
  • Generate Valuations: Generate and book in property valuations for the Valuer.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a seamless transaction.


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator who possesses:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Local Market: Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Valid Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
