Given our global expansion, the Sales Director role is strategically important to place us as the market leader in the industry. As we start to amass a large client base that needs extra care and nurture, this will allow you to build relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors. In the role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

Hiring, leading and developing a team Owning and developing strategies and processes Segmenting clients and organising the team Being overall responsible for the entire portfolio of accountsBuilding strong and tight relationships with your portfolio of accountsUpselling and cross-selling Working closely with other teams and departments Attending conferences and events to meet clients and stay updated in our industryWhat we expect from you
