Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth onboarding and listen effectively to clients to better understand their needs and circumstances, this will be done both in person and on phone appointments
  • Detailed note-taking throughout the application process
  • Stay up-to-date on lender criteria, products, and other features
  • Assess suitability of mortgage products
  • Ensure compliance with business and FCA standards throughout the application process
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Experience providing mortgage advice
  • Thorough industry and regulation knowledge, with a focus on FCA guidelines
  • Drive and persistence necessary for success
  • Friendly, proactive phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email
