Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a skilled Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Liverpool. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our estate agency teams.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and have a strong understanding of mortgage products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while meeting professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
