Mortgage Services Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take their career to the next level and lead the development of our mortgage services team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Services Development Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and leading a team of mortgage advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of mortgage advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market developments to ensure the team is equipped to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales and leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or Certificate in Financial Planning.
