Mortgage Services Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our Mortgage Services team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide support and guidance to our Mortgage Advisors, while also driving revenue and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of our Mortgage Services business.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Supervise and support a team of Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure our team is aware of the latest products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a mortgage sales or leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial services products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
