Mortgage Services Development Manager Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our Mortgage Services team. With a strong focus on revenue and product sales, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, while also achieving your own sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to help them achieve their full potential
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial services products and market developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales and customer-facing role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of financial services products, including mortgages, life assurance, and protection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
