Additional Needs Assistant

This is a 39 week post, working hours will be during school term only, the salary will be pro-rated accordingly.
Note:
This post could be undertaken with 3 other posts currently advertised at Ednam Primary School totalling 24.33 hpw.
Role Purpose
To undertake tasks, which may include helping with some or all of the following, depending on the needs of the individuals
To undertake support for individuals or groups as requested by the Head Teacher, Class Teacher and/or Learning Support Teacher.
To assist in the implementation of plans, devised by the CT and or/LST or other agencies as required.
Essential
No formal qualifications are required, but an acceptable standard of school education is desirable. Additional Needs Assistants will be required to undertake on the job training as and when available.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
