Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Kelso in the Bathurst region. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting open communication and a supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in nursing and care.

Requirements
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work across all shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
