Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Kelso in the Bathurst region. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
